|
|
I have sampled a two bar riff and sliced it into four equal sample (1/2 notes). I want to be able to play them live with my band and have control of where they are played in the song so I have created a sequence where the click will be set to the drummer. As I understand, the RPPR function can play back a series of notes and actually start them on the beat (quantizing if you will) when I press each RPPR key.
I think I need to create a pattern (in this case, just one 1/2 note) and assign the keys that control each sample to this pattern. Trouble is, I'm not sure how to create my own pattern and the sample, which has a beat going throughout isn't syncing to the metronome. It's slightly off and I don't know how to get it to play in time with the sequence click track. Any suggestions? Thanks. _________________ Keith |
