|
|
Hi guys, I've had my Emx-1 for a few months now. But I can't for the love of -God- figure out how to make a new bar in a pattern. I've checked through the manual and can't find it.
Any help?
Sorry for the school-boy question, but it's the only thing that's really doing my nut in at the moment regarding my EMX.
Cheers |

Well , if u mean "copy" a part into another , then just press "write" and when the key flashes move to a new pattern n press "write" again .
.... And , if u mean increase the length of patterns then just look around , its easy to find , but i cant imagine that could be your problem !
I hope not . |

if you reffers to extend the lenght of the pattern to more than the default 1bar, then press [pattern], press the down arrow until the display say "lenght", use the main data knob to select the new lenght in bars (default is 1bar)
data that was saved into the pattern would automatically copied to the new bars
if you have some sequenced and you do that WITHOUT SAVING the pattern firs, then the NON-SAVED DATA doesn´t copy to the next bars
when playing the numbered green leds 1 to 8 shows you the position of the bar actually playing
the red row of leds (below) shows you the editing position...you move to a different bar with the left and right arrows buttons |
