Seems you need to register on the ESound site - including email activation - before you download, though.

However, there's no need to register on that site for the Radias, though, as all three soundsets can already be downloaded here at Korg Forums: http://korgforums.com/?show=1

That might be true of the others (Triton and Oasis), too.
