Have you tried booting from the system install disks with a CDROM?

When I'm using headphones, I use my AKG K712s and have been pleased with the sound.

Well, once I found the initial reply from Korg in my spam folder ( only a day or so ), they updated my account the next day. So my issue is now resolved.
