I had to reformat in FAT32 my USB Key (which already was FAT32) , and that had been used for the 2.06 firmware upgrade... ...

I just loaded a generic SMF into my K61 OS 6.02 and no issues. Maybe you should format your flash drive in the Kronos (FAT 32) Or try a different media and try again. Something might be corrupting the ...

amartinod- are you sure BIAB is saving as SMF, and not some proprietary file format, native to BIAB. The File extension should be .mid. Does BIAB allow saving or exporting to .mid. Check you BIAB help ...
