I believe you can go into the MIDI Filter settings, and set the one track you don't want to be affected to NOT respond to Volume Control (CC#07).

When you say "default KARMA arpeggiator", you are referring to GE 000?

If so, the panning is generated by a CC-A Pattern. You can control this in several ways:
