You CAN order a complete set (at least in the UK). This is what I did (see previous post), the whole lot came in a couple of days free of charge.

I know the original post was regarding the USA but I found my buttons were very worn and living in Scotland I contacted Korg UK. Replacement buttons were sent free of charge and arrived 2 days later. ...

Have you tried Youtube - get onto that site and put Korg M3 or Korg Radias into the 'search', there are some good videos on there (there's some rubbish too!)

Is your media formatted on the M3? and does your media contain U3 autorun - if so delete the U3 then format.
