Hi,

No solution here, only some questions to clarify/troubleshoot your issue.

Does it occur on any particular factory default patch? Or on all patches using delay? (So that possibly others can t ...

Hi,

What steps do you take exactly to set and save the tempo?

AFAIK there is no such thing as a global tempo applied to all combos. It is really a per combo parameter and get saved like that as ...

I would try it with something like a stylus, the sequencer switched off, VCA EG set to gate (middle position) and LFO intensity turned down;

Good luck.

Hi,

Of these connectors in the picture there will normally be one which fits, though it might be a bit wobbly. Hard to say which one (especially because I don't have my monotribe and/or supply at h ...

Oops. Indeed. I listened very quickly through all the factory patches of the mK ported to the mkXL and indeed... no real drum sounds.
At the risk of being a bit too optimistic (I very quickly went th ...

Hi,

I'm not familiar with the infected mushroom trance sound, but you can always start from an existing bass drum sound and start to tweak it.
It's not clear which board you are using though as th ...

I feel sorry for you, because I really like my XL and you can not share the same joy because they don't repair it...

Well too bad they did not take your complaint serious. Comparing the audiosample with my own XL clearly shows there is something wrong with you unit... I could even tell it without listening to mine. ...

Hi,

What I forgot to mention. The number of repeats in the delay can not be controlled via the mod wheel as mentioned in my previous reply.
But it can be controlled via the 3 parameter knobs.

To punkrockphil, I don't think there are a lot of companies creating expansion packs for the keytar.
Note that when you talk about adding more piano's they will all be based on the only available bui ...

Hi,

I thought it was not possible, whilst the RK100S is able to read in mKXL(+) patches. Strange move then.

Now probably with some hacking it might be possible. The mKXL+ programs can also be &q ...
