I've been thinking of getting a Kronos X 61, but I keep coming across complaints about the Kronos' build quality in various forums. And even in this forum, there are two sticks about problems (the fa ...

I previously owned an Oasys 88 along with many other Korg & non-Korg synths. I've been focused on guitar only for several years and the only synth I still own is a Minimoog Voyager. I'm consider ...

I agree Korg's move seems unfair, and is another indication of the possible discontinuation of the OASYS, but as Eric stated it makes total business sense from Korg's perspective. The sales of the M3 ...

The Studiologic controller has waterfall keys; it's advertised as such on their main page (http://www.studiologic.net/). The VMK-161 comes in either the "Plus" model with regular keys or th ...

The last time I checked, the only affordable option was the Fatar/Studiologic VMK-161 Organ:

I've been tempted to buy it. Take a look.

Maybe the way you've asked the question is imprecise, but I don't think banning questions about the price of the OASYS is to the benefit of the users - it's only to the benefit of the retailers since ...

He said that it was very full of dust and that was a main cause for the lock ups.

If he said that the problems were due to dust, he's a complete idiot and I would not take anything back to him for ...

It'll be a sad day when it's discontinued, unless an Oasys II is also announced at the same time.

Yesterday my local guitar center was selling the Oasys 88 for $6500 - plus there was an additional ...

Here's one way to look at it. Korg has a finite number of AOpen motherboards. When that supply is exhausted they have two choices: discontinue the OASYS or release an updated model. In the later ca ...

If you have the UPS Store pack your item and it's damaged, they guarantee the insurance coverage. I guess this is a way for the stores to make more money because even if you do a good job yourself it ...
