You can easily change this by editing the program. I think you push Shft+Program and then scroll through the pages until you find Mono1, Mono2 and Poly. You will have to save the new program ... |

I don't like it for piano, but I think the action is good for synth and organ. It's a light, fast action and you can get really fast repeat notes on it if you want to. It's okay for pads too.
