You may have to load the programs for the Nautilus AT for it to utilize aftertouch in the programs and combis. I don't know if the ones on the OG Nautilus has any parameters assigned to aftertouch.

You should create a drum fill in Seq Pattern. Export as User Drum Track Pattern (Convert To Drum Track Pattern), then use it on the special scene. Scene 4 for example and use scene 4 before switch to ...

So just to clarify. When I compare the Nautilus to the M3, I'm talking about their role within Korg's Workstation lineup.

Korg always had their flagships - the T-series, 01/W, Trinity, Triton, etc. ...

I've never understood the "Nautilus is on par with the M3" comments. A lot of people, including Sharp, have said that. Physical interface-wise, the OASYS is amazing, but the OS is so lacking ...

By all intents and purposes, the Nautilus is absolutely a flagship. It's not brimming with all the bells and whistles of the Kronos, but they did give it all the basics. It's got a full fledged sequen ...

To be fair, we're talking about an Intel Atom CPU from 2011. It's not going to make that SSD work hard enough to overheat. I think they did it to keep people from replacing the SSD because they blamed ...

For the Floppy Drive, I'd suggest replacing it with a USB Floppy Drive emulator. They're easy to install and work pretty well.

The button contacts probably have to be cleaned, but to get to them yo ...

it's probably poor contact on the button from dust - try a can of compressed air right under the button and see if that does it, otherwise it might take getting at the button itself. I'll warn you, th ...

Am I hearing that Korg no longer support the Kronos line? If so, are sites like "marcan.st" free to publish certain modifications?

They are still providing support via Authorized Service ...

Agreed. The Nautilus is not a worthy replacement. I never really got used to KARMA since I do most of my sequencing on DAWs, which doesn't really play nice with KARMA. Same with Arpeggiators. Still, I ...

I have a Kronos 2, and I just went through something. My motherboard went bad. Basically I would repeatedly get the dreaded "An error has been detected" line, often followed by power cycling ...

I had this problem also. I think it had to do with USB suspend. in other words, the PC puts the USB port to sleep, and when it wakes up, it detects the Kronos, so it opens the Korg MIDI Driver Config ...

After having to mess around with my own hard drives, here's what I would do:

1 - leave the original drive in place OR replace with one of yours, but factory restore FROM THE KRONOS-X RESTORE DVDs ...
