yeah, probably using as a drum sequencer. None of the sounds sounded very EMXish. And he does love random hardware sequencing.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to erase a pattern on the E2, and yes I read the manual. Anybody know? Do I have to erase each part one at a time?

I'm guessing it is to do with your keyboard. Do you have a way to verify that the keyboard is sending on the channel it claims to? Another option is changing the channels on the EMX. I have a keyboard ...
