Currently in this release ( maybe a Alpha or Beta ) it's impossible to use transpose, because they return to 0 after changing a sound without STS.

I'm pretty sure Korg uses lower resolution screens to save memory and speed up write & update times.

Go to the Global > General Controls > Lock > Tuning page

See if you have unlocked Master Transpose, if so lock it.

One of LCD bad optimization it's the letter type choosing, from developer's.
Most type of PA4X letter type are not native recognized to LCD pixel resolution.
