I have the same problem so you’re not alone. I have also checked everything and have no idea what causes this.

Try leaving the unit switched on and upside down for 8 hours,

The Track Select parameter on the Sequencer page is used to select what MIDI track is used for recording.

The manual is also out on the Korg site.

Looks amazing ... I want one. The user programmable oscillators seem very interesting, will have to see what can be done. This synth might just be a game changer. Well done Korg.

This was called a cue list on the M3 and the Kronos doesn’t have it. Here is a thread about it.

Yes, it's true. The Model 15 app requires a 64bit iPad.

I think there is already an Odd/Even notes setting, which is not 100% load balancing, but still a good solution.
Odd/even mode works pretty good although your not likely going to get double the polyp ...

For each track you can set the send level to master effects 1 and 2 but the parameters for the effects are shared as you have already found out.
