Today when I was playing my X50, it suddenly shut down and wouldn't power up again. The external power supply is fine, powers up other boards with similar power ratings. No heat or sounds of anything ...

I don't own a Kronos, but I bet that the inputs are fine especially for something a bit "lo-fi" like a guitar.

Of course, you can test how they fare yourself with a program like audiomark ...
